·       Heart hurts (pressure in the heart center and releases)

·       Gut hurts (pressure and releases)

·       Bone crushing exhaustion

·       Fear—so much fear (anxiety)

·       Mad at the universe, like the universe has turned its back on you

·       Nothing is working: mediation, reading spiritual books—nothing

·       Temper tantrums in your head

·       Trying to negotiate/claw your way out

·       Yelling at yourself in your head, literally screaming at yourself and calling yourself names

·       Third eye opening

·       Extremely overwhelmed

·       Can’t sleep

·       Disconnection

·       Your mind keeps telling you that you are going to die

·       Like you can’t handle anything

·       Your mind is absolutely and utterly freaking out

·       Intense emotional releases (especially from the heart)

·       Sad/Depressed

·       Hopeless

·       Like lots of energy is running through your system

·       You can’t take a break and there is nowhere to curl up and hide

·       Trapped

·       Restless

·       Like everything in you is clenching in fear

·       Rushes of energy through your system at random moments

·       Like your mind is literally going insane

·       Nothing will make you happy again

·       Lack of enjoyment in anything

Know that it’s worth it. Know that what lies on the either side is worth it. You’ve got this and while you are in the midst of this, I’ve got you.
