What is Truth?

Truth is the moment arising and passing. It bubbles up, is truth to you in that moment, and then departs. It flows and unfolds and maneuvers itself to what is best in that moment and at that time. It’s never a YES THIS IS ABSOLUTELY what it is. It doesn’t live in absolutes. It is neither a yes nor a no. It just is. It’s the moment presenting itself to itself.

TRUTH is both the true nature of everything but also the truth of living one’s truth in the present moment. You can’t hold on to it. You can’t argue for it. You can’t write a thesis about it. It’s only present as it arises as the truth of you and then is gone.

For example, when should I stop breastfeeding? This is not something that can be truly answered by the internet, or by a book, or by science or by a doctor. Those things are always changing and never consistent and not your truth. So what is true, what is right, what is wrong? Truth is always in the flow of life. Let go and flow and truth will arise within you. It will tell you in the moment ok it’s time to stop breastfeeding now. And this will look hugely different from another person’s truth. And it won’t be consistent or follow charts or be in line with time or science. It will be just what it is. Your truth. In the moment. Arising and then falling away.

Nothing is true and everything is true all at the same time.
