The Transition
Truly embodying and just being your being-ness does not happen at the drop of a dime. This transition takes time, dedication to the new embodiment and trust.
It takes saying in your head hundreds of times a day: I am with TRUTH now. I am with LOVE Now. I am EVERYTHING.
It takes continuing to leap forward only to take two steps back.
It takes commitment, dedication, grit and determination. It also takes acceptance of the process.
Internally your body and mind are undergoing significant change and this can at times feel quite uncomfortable. As energy moves, releases, beliefs are shifted energetically or let go of entirely and your cells come in attunement with your Higher Self. That’s some big stuff. All while the ego continues to try to take hold of you as a last stand of its will. This transition can be tough. Just when you think you are coming out the other side (again two steps forward, one step back) you feel pulled back by some belief or some thought that has no ground but has somehow hooked you once again. Trust that this is natural and all part of the process. Again it’s yet another cycle. Because life works in cycles. And these cycles will continue to take you to your Higher Self.
The transition is just that, a transition. And truly embodying any sort of transition takes patience, time, and energetic commitment to the new you.
This can indeed be hard, especially when all you want to do is be your new embodiment of spirit all the time. To still be entangled in the ego/your old self can be challenging and hurt and be confusing and disorienting. But if you look at it from a different lens, waking up abruptly can potentially be just as if not potentially more disorienting than going about it in steps/cyclical waves. The universe aka yourself, is giving you time to adjust, to process and to whole heartedly become who you truly are.
Trust yourself, because you are the universe and all its potential. Trust the process because you are the embodiment of the process. Trust that someday you will wake up and be free from all limiting beliefs.
