Cleaning Out the Muck

When you shine the light of awareness on all your mental constructs, on all your misconceptions, on all of your beliefs, there is a lot of muck. And just when you think you’ve cleared out all the muck, you dig even deeper and find even more muck. Lots and lots of muck.

But the only way to know that it’s even there is to become aware of it. And becoming aware of it and facing it is hard. You have to look at all the crap that’s been built up in your mind and you have to be really honest with yourself and then one by one you have to clear out the muck.

But luckily it’s not just you per say clearing out the muck. It’s the power of life force, of your Higher Self that is helping to clear out the muck. When you become aware the spirit that is the truth of what you are can flood in and clear it all out. And just when you think it’s all gone, the ego will recreate some more muck because the ego loves muck. And the ego will get really creative and even create muck that you thought you had already cleared out. And it will shape shift and become a different kind of muck.

Eventually the ego will realize that it can no longer gunk you down with muck and you will realize that you have been and always will be universal life force. And the muck was all just wisps of smoke and you puff with all your might and then they are gone. And everything is still. And you don’t even know what muck is.
